Description

1964: René Bonnet's last year at Le Mans before being absorbed by MATRA. Renamed AERODJET after a stay at Bréguet where it was lengthened and re-aerodynamized, the Bonnet N ° 56 by Pierre Monneret Rudaz does not finish. Only the Aerojet N ° 52 with its steel wheels finished with Farjon S.Lelong in 23rd place.

But the No. 64 Alpine Proto takes away the coveted index. The Belle DJET remains one of the rare small-displacement French cars, designed for Le Mans, to have been marketed in series without significant modification.
